Lesa was a pleasure to work with. Finance person was aggressive and extremely pushy. Got angry when I told him I didn't want the extended warranty. Had to tell him know 3-4 times, seemed to take it personally. Ask. me several times why not and went a little too far. Needs to chill out and not make customers say no so many times. Finally I just asked him what his deal was, why do I have to say no so many times.
