My car broke down 22 miles from home. My husband was in British Columbia. I was stuck. I called Sunset Chevrolet simply because they were close by. The gentleman answering my call was just closing the shop but could come to me in 15 minutes. He came as promised, evaluated my problem, returned to the shop for a tool, was not successful starting the car, went back to the shop again. Ten minutes later he called to say he was on his way to get me so I could have a loaner car. He thought the fuel pump had failed. The next morning I received a call saying the car was ready - loosened seat brackets had allowed a break in the fuel pump relay wiring. Minimum labor charge and no parts charge! They could have convinced me I needed several hundred dollars worth of work. I can't say enough good things about Sunset Chevrolet and I tell everyone I know!"|"
