LIFETIME Lube Oil and Filter (LOF) GUIDELINES

1.      Lifetime LOF is available to retail new vehicle buyers and pre-owned Chevrolets that are 2 years old or newer ONLY. **

2.      All owners must attend a New Owner Orientation clinic in order to receive the LOF for lifetime.

3.      After their purchase, all owners will be notified of the next three clinics only. All clinics are held on specified Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 11:00 AM and includes a pancake breakfast for the entire family.

4.      If an owner is unable to attend a clinic and an LOF is required prior to the next clinic, the owner will be required to pay for the LOF (at Sunset Chevrolet Inc.) and a full refund will be made after attending the next clinic and submitting the paid bill for reimbursement. Owner reimbursement will be made only on the LOF if the LOF was performed at Sunset Chevrolet Inc.. The owner is responsible for keeping the necessary records for reimbursement.

5.      If an additional or replacement vehicle is purchased within two (2) years of attending a clinic the owner is eligible for the lifetime LOF without attending another clinic.

6.      An owner may specify synthetic engine oil but will be charged the difference between regular oil and synthetic oil.

7.      LOF certificates will be honored only at Sunset Chevrolet Inc. as long as Sunset Chevrolet Inc. stays in business under current ownership of Ray Sparling and Jerry Yoder and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

**Commercial/Fleet, GM Employee Purchase and used vehicle buyers will be priced at a special discounted price at time of service.
