  • I choose to go with a Chevy for my new vehicle because I have had reliability with Chevys in the past. My previous vehicle was a Chevy & many of my family members have had Chevys as well. I can not say that with the vehicle that I have now that my satisfaction with Chevy is there & I will most likely not go with a Chevy again. I have had to take my vehicle in at least a couple of times every year since I got the vehicle & it is not even 4 years old yet. It only had 4 miles on it when I got it. The dealerships service department has been polite & helpful every time I have had to take in the vehicle & I have been completely satisfied with the service department. I would recommend this service department if someone did happen to have a Chevy. My problem is not with the service department but with the reliability & quality of Chevys product & the lack of Chevy standing by the products that they produce. I have been vocal about this problem several times especially after I had my vehicle in for the same problem multiple times.
